「黑啤豬仔骨 」


材料:-
豬仔骨....................500g
西班牙辣肉腸.........80g
黑啤酒....................330ml
蒜瓣........................16瓣
甜椒........................2隻
洋蔥(切絲)..............1/2個
蜜糖........................1湯匙
黑胡椒碎.................1/2茶匙
海鹽........................1/4茶匙
甜紅椒粉................1茶匙
雞湯.......................1/4杯
月桂葉....................1塊
百里香....................1小束


做法:-
1. 豬仔骨洗淨瀝乾切件。西班牙辣肉腸切塊,甜椒去籽切條備用。
2. 平均地撒下黑胡椒碎和海鹽於豬仔骨上。
3. 將豬仔骨放入熱油鍋內,煎至表面金黃,然後下蒜瓣、洋蔥絲、西班牙辣肉腸、甜紅椒粉炒香。
4. 注入黑啤和雞湯煮滾,然後下蜜糖、月桂葉和百里香入鍋內,以小火煮40分鐘至收汁,最後加入甜椒絲拌勻便可。
